Ability to communicate with and relate well to elder population, the public and staff in a courteous and diplomatic manner under all circumstances.
Ability to follow regulations for safe handling of food and service items.
Ability to set up dining room table for meals.
Ability to take resident's/guest's orders and serve them promptly.
Ability to clear tables after meal service.
Ability to wash down tables and chairs.
Some food service experience is preferred but not necessary.
