We are a large retirement community located on Broadway and Pantano looking for top notch individuals that have a desire to excel. We are currently hiring for the following position:

 

Administrative Assistant for our  Maintenance department. The purpose of this position is to be responsible for assisting residents, families and other departments with request for Maintenance and Housekeeping.

Responsibilities

Will answer phone calls, electronic messages, fax or other correspondence. 

Enter service request orders into computer system and communicating and coordinate with appropriate personnel.   

Must be able to communicate with the public, staff and elderly population in a courteous and diplomatic manner in all circumstances

Must be able to work independently with the abilitly to prioritize job duties.

Will communicate with vendors and scheduling of deliveries

 

Qualifications

Must possess high school diploma or GED. Be a minimum of 18 years of age. Be able to type 30-40 WPM. Must have computer knowledge. Yardi experience prfd.
