This role will perform administrative duties in an efficient manner, in accordance with established procedures, as as directed by the Department Supervisor.
Answer telephones and transfer as deemed appropriate. Assist residents with inquiries, concerns and/or issues. Process paperwork as directed and maintain files are up to date. Maintain accurate records of current invoices and receipts. Maintain monthly records for month end.
Must possess high school diploma or GED. Be a minimum of 18 years of age. Be able to type 30-40 WPM. Must have computer knowledge.
