Provide quality dish-room service at all times in accordance with Federal, State, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, as well as our established policies and procedures.
Operate equipment/clean dishes, glasses, silverware pots and pans, and kitchen utensils. Put away stock when necessary. Sweep, mop, and clean kitchen areas as needed. Perform simple and repetitive tasks on a continuous basis.
Flexible schedule required, may include holidays, evenings and weekends, no later than 8pm.
Must understand, speak, read and write fluent English.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Ability to operate equipment/clean dishes, glasses, silverware, pots and pans, and kitchen utensils
Ability to follow regulations for safe handling of food and service items.
Ability to use equipment and materials carefully, and in a safe manner, following correct operation and cleaning procedures.
