This role is responsible to provide direct support to the employees, Supervisor's and Executive Director of Fellowship Square Surprise in the area of Human Resource administration. This includes employee recruitment and retention, employee benefits, HIPAA compliance, and ensuring HR policies and procedures are followed in a consistent manner.
Ensures that Fellowship Square Suprise campus is in compliance with State and Federal employment regulations. Serves as HIPAA compliance officer. Ensure that corporate human resource policies and procedures are followed uniformly and consistently. Provide orientation to newly hired employees and assist with employee relations. Prepare/Present OSHA training as required. Assist with coordination of annual open enrollment for employee benefits.
Working knowledge of human resources administration. Be familiar with Federal and State employment regulations. Strong interpersonal skills. Must be able to read, write and speak the English/Spanish languages fluently and serve as translator when needed. Able to deal with sensitive confidential material. Must have organizational, multitasking and prioritizing skills.
