This position is responsible for providing all HR responsibilites for campus staff with a variety of projects in accordance with established policies and procedures, as directed by the Executive Director.
Duties include, but are not limited to: Hire and terminate employees. Maintain employee records. Provide counselling and conflict management when needed. Conduct investigations on policy violations. Provide new hire and benefits orientations. Audit and correct payroll records biweekly. Enter employee changes and other information. Supervise campus HR Assistant.
Applicants for this opportunity will need a minimum 3 years’ HR Generalist experience and a working familiarity with the ADP HRIS system. Ideal candidate will possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources. A combination of relevant field of study and experience will be considered. PHR, or SHRM-CP Certification is preferred. Successful candidate must be willing to work additional hours when needed.
