Fellowship Square Surprise will rely on Concierges to provide courteous and professional services to residents as needed. Concierges answer telephone calls, greet arriving guests to the community, program and monitor resident emergency calls and assist with keys, cable tv, telephone, maintenance, and transportation needs of the residents. Concierges will also be responsible for assisting the marketing department with move in tasks and completing bookkeeping duties, preparing bank deposits and posting resident payments.
Monitor alarms and closed-circuit television cameras. Perform data entry. Answer phones and direct calls accordingly. Contact emergency services as needed.
High school diploma or GED. Valid AZ driver's license. Skills required include great observation, good judgment, common sense, and excellent communication skills - both verbal and written.
