  • Overview

    The purpose of this position is to assist the Activities Director in providing quality customer service in the coordination and execution of activities, events, and excursions for the Fellowship Square Surprise senior living community.  Our community includes independent, assisted living and memory care residents.  Creative thinking, computer and communition skills are required.


    Must be detail oriented, have great organizational skills, the ability to multi-task, and have a desire to help seniors. Working hours may include evenings and weekends.


    Must possess, at a minimum, a high school diploma and be at least 18 years of age. Must be highly motivated, detailed, have a desire to work with seniors, and have great customer service skills. Flexible schedule required - must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and be computer literate. Working with team members and being organized a must. Prior event planning a plus. Must be able to read, write, and speak the English language. Possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstance warrants action and to remain calm in emergency situations. Ability to articulate and communicate clearly and effectively with other personnel, management, residents, visitors, vendors, and the public. Must be positive, enthusiastic, and self-lead.
