We are looking for a seasoned sales/marketing professional with a proven track record of generating and closing qualified leads. As our Sales Specialist, you'll be responsible for improving occupancy at our community. We will provide support and resources to ensure your success. Must be detailed oriented, have great organizational skills, can multi-task, and have a desire to help seniors. Ideal candidate will possess 3 years' sales experience and/or training. Bachelor's degree preferred. Prior experience in leasing and customer service a plus. Flexible schedule, may include weekends. Must possess, at a minimum, a high school diploma or GED. A proven record of sales and/or leasing and the ability to prepare and execute a sales presentation effectively. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with the senior market. Team player, sales driven and self-motivated a must. Ability to represent the corporation and the retirement community at all times in a positive, professional manner. Must be able to read, write, and speak the English language. Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, MS Outlook programs required.
