  • Overview

    The purpose of this position is to support in coordination and
    execution of in-house activities, events, and community excursions in an
    efficient manner, in accordance with established procedures, as directed by the
    Campus Activities Director.


    Must be detail oriented, have great
    organizational skills, can multi-task, and have a desire to help
    seniors. May include evenings and weekends.


    Must possess, at a minimum, a high school diploma and be at least 18 years of
    age. Must be highly motivated, detailed, have a desire to work with
    seniors, and have great customer service skills. Flexible schedule
    required - must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Must
    be proficient in Microsoft Word and be computer literate. Working with
    team members and being organized a must. Prior event planning a
    plus. Must be able to read, write, and speak the English
    language. Possess the ability to make independent decisions when
    circumstance warrants action and to remain calm in emergency
    situations. Ability to articulate and communicate clearly and effectively
    with other personnel, management, residents, visitors, vendors, and the
    public. Must be positive, enthusiastic, and self-lead.
