Perform adminstrative duties in an efficient manner, in accordance with established procedures, and as directed by the Executive Director.
Perform administrative and office support activities for the Executive Director, including fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, filing, faxing, maintaining calendar, and scheduling appointments/meetings. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual compliance documents, reports, presentations and other documentations as needed. Maintain confidentiality.
Two years experience in administrative and secretarial duties. Possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as residents and business associates. Must be knowledgeable of all Microsoft Office products.
