Responsible for washing and storing all dishes, utensils, and various kitchen equipment. Maintains work areas in a clean and sanitary manner.
Operate equipment/clean dishes, glasses, silverware pots and pans, and kitchen utensils. Put away stock when necessary. Sweep, mop, and clean kitchen areas as needed. Participate in ongoing safety training. Assist cooks and service staff as requested.
Able to operate equipment and manually clean dishes, glasses, silverware, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils. Able to follow regulations for safe handling of food and service items. Must obtain and maintain current Arizona Food Handler card within 30 days of employment. Able to use equipment and materials carefully, and in a safe manner, following correct operation and cleaning procedures. Able to speak, read, and write fluently in English. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
