    Job Description: 

    This position is responsible for providing all HR responsibilities for campus staff with a variety of projects in accordance with established policies and procedures, as directed by the Executive Director.

    Responsibilities

      

    • Responsible for onboarding process including HRIS system upkeep for current employees and data entry of employee changes
    • Ensures the accuracy and timing of all benefit distribution and enrollments/changes including assistance with annual open enrollment process.
    • Maintains personnel files in compliance with applicable legal requirements. Sends terminated employee files to corporate in a timely manner.
    • Performs regular compliance audits on property, bulletin boards, HIPAA, employee files, I-9s, safety, training, etc.
    • Train managers and supervisors and ensures they are not conducting discriminatory employment practices; provides required training to employees and supervisors according to Christian Care University and other needs, ensures compliance.
    • Ensures employee performance reviews are completed on time.
    • Process workers compensation claims.
    • Monitors and maintains applicant tracking system in accordance with Affirmative Action Plan.
    • Conducts thorough investigations on employee complaints.
    • Monitors and recommends ways to improve recruitment and retention efforts.
    • Helps employees, supervisors and department heads to settle work-related conflicts through advice and recommendation under the guidance of the Executive Director.
    • Manages the Campus HR Assistant
    • Other duties as assigned by the Campus Executive Director.

    Qualifications

    Applicants for this Campus HR Generalist/Manager opportunity will need a minimum 3 years HR Generalist experience. Ideal candidate will possess a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in HR, but relevant field of study accepted. PHR, or SHRM-CP Certification preferred. Experience with ADP Workforce Now and iCIMS preferred.
