    Fellowship Square Tucson, a non-for-profit Christian Care Community, is seeking an energetic, professional receptionist to be part of our Lifestyle Department.

    Responsibilities

    • Answer all incoming calls for the Lifestyle Department at Fellowship Square Senior Living Community.
    • Organize and manage resident traffic flow in and out of Lifestyle Department.
    • Assist in answering questions, directing residents to proper departments as needed.
    • Manage and coordinate on-line scheduling of transportation for residents to Medical appointments, shopping, and off site trips, etc.
    • Create weekly and monthly on-line appointment sheets for all resident events.
    • Keep all on-line appointment sheets up to date.
    • Coordinate with Director and Lead Driver regarding appointment times and departure times for all resident events.
    • Create and provide a master pick-up list for drivers for each scheduled offsite event.
    • Make reminder calls to residents for specific designated on and off-site events.
    • Assist with planning and set up of weekly, monthly and special onsite events.
    • Assist with coordination and management of Resident Volunteer Program.
    • Be a part of the Lifestyle Event Planning Team.
    • Assist in decorating Villas for holidays and special occasions.
    • Other office duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    Must have excellent telephone skills, verbal and written communication skills, Microsoft Office experience, listening skills, professionalism, customer-service oriented, organized, team player, grace under pressure, and enjoy interracting with seniors.
