The Application Support Specialist role is to manage and tune in-house computer software systems to ensure high levels of availability and security of the supported business applications. This individual also participates in the planning, implementation and integration of new solutions to increase organizational efficiency and writes reports to increase information availability.
This is a full-time position. Typical work hours are Monday through Friday during normal business hours. Evening and weekend work may be occasionally needed to ensure critical application up-time.
