    Job Description: 

    Assist Fellowship Square residents with social service resources, maintain communications with residents and their family members to confirm resident is able to live safely in Independent Living. This position is also responsible for completing the LifeSteps assessment with residents at their annual lease renewal.


    Assists in the identification of social, psychological, and emotional strengths and needs of residents. Duties include supervising, recruiting, hiring, and training of certified caregivers. Prepare daily work schedule for caregivers. Coordinate services for residents. Able to communicate with and relate well to elder population. Ability to provide quality assistance and care for a fragile population. Able to perform administrative duties. 


    Bachelor's degree in social work preferred. Minimum of 2 years' experience in a health care facility in Social Services or senior living setting. Must be able to articulate clearly and precisely. Must be able to deal effectively with stress created by sick residents, multiple tasks, noises, interruptions, and work cooperatively as part of the health care team while maintaining a pleasant personality.
