This position plans, organizes, develops, and directs the overall operation of the Assisted Living facility in accordance with the current applicable Federal, State, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, and our established policies and procedures.
Develop and maintain written policies and procedures that govern the operation of the AL facility. Assure that all employees, residents, visitors, and the general public follow established policies and procedures pertaining to services provided at the facility. Assist department supervisors in the planning, conducting, and scheduling of in-service training classes, on-the-job training and orientation programs. Maintain liaison with families and residents.
Must have an Assisted Living Manager's Certification acknowledged by the State of Arizona, and a a minimum of 3 years experience in a hospital or long-term care facility. LPN Certification a plus but not required.
