    Serves the residents of Fellowship Square, providing assistance with activities of daily living, emotional and social support, and performance of various tasks for the comfort and welfare of the residents, as well as coordinates resident services and monitors caregiver assignments.

    Responsibilities

    GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES (not exhaustive):

    Provide patient care following the residents' plan of care.  Personal care such as bed bath, tub bath, shower, shampoo, peri care, routine catheter care.  Provide medication reminders, supportive services and assistance with activities of daily living.  Must be able to perform all of the Caregiver duties as well as function a as shift supervisor on a daily basis.  Assign which caregivers will work in which areas.  Monitor them throughout the shift and make sure all assignments are carried out.  Make sure information is passed on to caregivers on your shift.  Perform administrative tasks, to include scheduling for caregivers and resident care.  Write and process service plans and contracts.  Cover caregiver shifts as needed.  Other related duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    1. Must possess current Arizona Certification as an Assisted Living Caregiver.
    2. High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED).
    3. Must have current Adult CPR and Basic First Aid Training.
    4. Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
    5. Ability to verbally communicate with residents, families, and the public.
    6. Ability to read/write English.
    7. Current CPR and First Aid.
