The primary purpose of this job position is to motivate prospective residents to the advantages of a retirement lifestyle at Christian Care. Participates in development and implementation of sales and marketing activities.
Achieve established marketing goals. Receive inquiries, schedule and conduct tours with prospective residents and be able to close leading to move-ins. Input and maintain the marketing database. Follow-up using phone calls, em-mail, letters, cards and distribution of marketing materials. Qualify prospects both financially and for appropriateness to live in Independent Living. Assist with events for both in-house residents and marketing to prospects. Engage in outside community marketing strategies.
Must be detailed oriented, have great organizational skills, can multi-task, and have a desire to help seniors. Ideal candidate will possess minimum of 2 years' experience in assisted living/memory care. Prior experience in leasing and customer service preferred. Flexible schedule, may include weekends. Must possess, at a minimum, a high school diploma or GED. A proven record of sales and/or leasing and the ability to prepare and execute a sales presentation effectively. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with the senior market. Ability to represent the corporation and the retirement community at all times in a positive, Professionals manner. Must be able to read, write, and speak the English language.
