Responsibilities include Operations and Sales Management in the areas of Independent Living Assisted Living and Memory Care. Implements and enforces facility policies and ensures compliance with governmental regulations. Coordinates departmental functions and organizes facility programs within established budgets.
Master's degree preferred, but bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study accepted. Must have a minimum of 7 years' experience in Independent and Assisted Living Senior management. Must have a track record of exemplifying our Mission, Vision, and Values, as well as, a demonstrated record of staff motivation, collaborative and successful performance.
