The purpose of this position is to support coordination and execution of in-house activities, events, and community excursions for Fellowship Square residents in an efficient manner, in accordance with established procedures, as directed by the Activities Coordinator.


Part Time, Non-Exempt

Must be available to work evenings and weekends as needed.




The Activities Assistant will assist in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating and executing social and leisure time activity programs in accordance with Fellowship Square policies and procedures, in order to ensure that the recreational, educational and social needs of the residents are met.  The successful candidate must bring a special combination of energy, enthusiasm, positive motivation and self-direction to the job.  They must possess superior service orientation and be dedicated to seeing that residents’ needs are met. 



  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must be highly motivated, detailed, have a desire to work with seniors, and have great customer service skills.
  • Flexible schedule required - must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays. 
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and have effective computer skills.
