Primary responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinate all activities associated with new resident move-in’s to independent and assisted living and memory care apartments, including (but not limited to)
    • assure all required paperwork is submitted;
    • supply necessary paperwork to the appropriate departments;
    • update database,
    • collect move-in charges;
    • apt welcome set-up
    • Perform apartment walk throughs when residents arrive.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all activities associated with resident transfers to assisted living, memory care and/or within independent living, including (but not limited to) items listed in previously stated move-in activities.
  • Coordinate with Maintenance all activities associated with making apartments rent ready for all new move-ins and transfers for independent and assisted living and memory care.
  • Accurate and on time maintenance/distribution of marketing reports including (but not limited to) the moving tally, unit status map, maintenance priority list, independent and assisted living and memory care apartment status sheets.
  • Assure that all resident referral fee paperwork is submitted to accounting for payment.
  • Assure that documentation is prepared and submitted to accounting for all reservation cancellations.
  • Back up for front desk reception and cover lunches during the week.
  • Assist Marketing Director with special projects as assigned.
  • Back up for leasing staff for walk-in prospects.

Qualifications

prefer a minimum of 2 years' of property sales and/or leasing experience preferred. Must be a minimum of 18 years of age. Must be able to read, write and speak the English language. Proficient with Google Analytics, MS Office Suite. Must be able to type 30-40 WPM. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within the senior market. Computer knowledge. Ability to multi-task.
