Job Description: 

Assists nursing staff and other members of the Home Health care team in providing activities of daily living, gives emotional and social support and performs numerous tasks for the comfort and welfare of the resident.

• Provide patient care following the residents' plan of care.
• Assist/Provide with Personal care such as bed bath, tub bath, shower, shampoo, peri care, routine catheter care.
• Medication reminders.
• Supportive services and assistance with activities of daily living.

• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
• Ability to verbally communicate with residents, families, and the public.
• Ability to read/write English. Caregiver Certification from approved agency preferred but not required.
• Current CPR, First Aid cards, Fingerprint Clearance card, Food Handler card and current TB test required
