Job Description: 

Purpose of this position is to provide a broad range of support services to our Assisted Living residents.

• Administer prescribed medications to patients and maintain medical records.
• Order and complete medication records.
• Perform welfare checks on residents
• Provide physical assistance
• Laundry & Bedding assistance
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping

• Minimum of 2 years of assisted living experience, medication administration experience a must.
• Current CPR and First Aid cards, Fingerprint Clearance card and current TB test or must be able to obtain upon being hired.
• Be available for day shift, including weekends.
• Caregiver certification from an approved agency preferred
