Christian Care Fellowship Square of Phoenix is looking for a Maintanice Tech, Part-time and Full-time. Do you like working with your hands? What are the Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repair on the facility and equipment to include plumbing, plastering, electrical, carpentry, mechanical, etc., as directed, by established procedures. 
• Prior experience with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and painting is a plus.
• Prior professional experience with commercial and/or residential property maintenance is a plus.
• Complete work orders and respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed.
• Ability to self-direct work.
• Ability to communicate with and relate well to the elderly. 
• Must be able to read, write, and speak the English language.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work well alone or in a team environment.
• Must be available to work varying shifts as needed.
• Possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant action and to remain calm during emergencies.
• Possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, visitors, and the general public.
• Must be a team player.
• Hard worker.

What are the Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work well with others.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak the English language.
• Minimum of 18 years of age. 
• Minimum of HS diploma or GED.
