Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented HRIS Specialist to assist in Human Resources operations at our corporate office located in Phoenix, Arizona. This is a full-time position with responsibilities for various functions of Human Resources as directed by the Director of Compensation and HRIS and Chief Human Resources Officer.

Responsibilities

  • HRIS Responsibilities which include but not limited to troubleshooting, problem solving, auditing, and running reports for various HRIS duties.
  • Back up to Payroll Specialist which includes completing payroll as needed for Payroll Specialist. 
  • Updates HRIS system database with changing employee information; ensures accuracy and integrity of information.
  • Process termination reviews in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Assist Director of Compensation and HRIS with various projects, such as implementation, and Human Resource policies and procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Compensation and HRIS Director.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Human Resources preferred.
  • PHR/SHRM-cp certification preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong problem solving/analytical skills with attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Able to work both independently and with cross-functional teams using good judgment.
  • Ability to deal with sensible and confidential issues.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Tech savvy is a critical aspect of this position and a requirement.
  • Experience in ADP and ICIMS preferred.

Note: ADP and ICIMS experience are highly desired for this position.

 

Schedule:

  • Flexible schedule working Monday – Friday
  • This position is working from home. However, this is subject to change.
  • Must reside in the Maricopa County, Arizona district 
  • Occasionally will commute to the corporate office for training, meetings, etc. (Office location: 2400 W Dunlap Ave Suite 250, Phoenix, AZ 85021)
