Overview

We are looking for a professional, responsible security officer to patrol and monitor the property to act as a deterrent to crime and oversee resident safety. As a Security Officer you will respond to all resident emergency calls, observing and reporting any unusual activities that take place throughout the property Additionally, this is a hybrid role which involves both security and maintenance. This is a part time position and is a weekend shift.

Responsibilities

  • Patrol the property.
  • Monitor alarms and closed-circuit television cameras.
  • Perform data entry, write incident reports.
  • Answer phones and direct calls accordingly.
  • Repsond promptly to resident alert calls.
  • Contact emergency services as needed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of HS diploma or GED.
  • Valid AZ driver's license.
  • Skills required include great observation, good judgment, common sense, and excellent communication skills - both verbal and written.
  • Must have or be able to acquire fingerprint clearance card. 
  • Must have or acquire a CPR/1st Aid certifcation
  • Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the English language well.
  • Must be observant.
