Job Description: 

Purpose of this position is to provide a broad range of support services to our Assisted Living residents.

Administers prescribed medications to patients and maintains medical records. Orders and completes medication records. Performs welfare checks on residents, provides physical assistance, laundry & bedding assistance, meal preparation, light housekeeping.

Minimum of 2 years of assisted living experience, medication administration experience a must. Current CPR and First Aid cards, Fingerprint Clearance card and current TB test. Be available for day shift, including weekends. Caregiver certification from an approved agency required.
