We are Fellowship Square Tucson, a not-for-profit senior retirement community, seeking engaging and cheerful servers to be part of our Christian Care Family. We are looking for responsible individuals to provide a superior dining experience for our residents in a professional, courteous, and welcoming manner.

• Set up dining room tables for meal service and other related events.
• Take residents'/guests' orders and serve them promptly. 
• Follow regulations for safe handling of food and service items.
• Clear tables after meal service. Wash down tables and chairs.
• Effectively communicate with the Dining Room Manager, fellow servers, and kitchen staff to ensure proper food service experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Dining Room Manager.

• Minimum 1 year experience required, preferably in a fine dining restaurant.
• Understand table service etiquette.
• Conduct oneself in a professional manner at all times.
• Must be trainable.
• Ability to communicate with and relate well to the elderly population, the public, and staff courteously and diplomatically under all circumstances.
• Have good communication skills.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Must be able to hear and interpret various noises/sounds, including background noises/sounds.
• Must be enthusiastic, bubbly, personable, energetic and positive.
• Team player; people person.
