Schedules available: PRN schedule, and part-time availability to work double shifts on weekends.

• Document care provided and report any changes in resident's condition.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Perform welfare checks on residents.
• Document and report care provided and resident observations.
• Provide physical assistance, laundry & bedding assistance, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
• Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, families, and co-workers.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
• Coachable and the willingness and ability to learn. 
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to handle challenging behaviors with patience and empathy.
• Ability to provide compassionate patient care.

Certificates required or must obtain once hired:

• Current CPR and First Aid certification required; if not certified, training costs will be covered.
• Possession of a valid Level 1 fingerprint clearance card is required; should you lack one, it is imperative to apply before your commencement date.
• A current negative TB test is required; TB testing is provided at no cost to you.
