We are looking for a Ful Time (Mon-Fri) Entry Level Maintenance person who will take responsibility for keeping our facility tidy and functional by assuming responsibility for repairs and cleaning.

The Maintenance person will perform routine maintenance and repairs on the facility and equipment to include plumbing, plastering, electrical, carpentry, mechanical etc., as directed in accordance with established procedures.

• Perform routine maintenance and repair on the facility and equipment
• Respond to emergency housekeeping calls to clean spills, empty trash, or other duties as necessary
• Follow all established safety procedures and precautions when performing maintenance service
• Perform other related duties and activities as required

• Minimum of 18 years of age
• Covid-19 Vaccination Required
• Fingerprint Clearance Card required
• Preferred experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs
• Must be able to work well with others
• Must be able to read, write, and speak the English language
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
