Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Director of Talent Workforce Transformation to develop and deliver engaging training programs that enhance employee skills and improve organizational performance.

 

The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, high energy, and a positive approach to instructional design and delivery, ensuring an engaging experience for all staff. This position is remote and requires frequent travel to our assisted living facilities in Phoenix, Surprise, Mesa, Tucson, and Cottonwood, Arizona.

 

This individual will work closely with the CHRO to drive training transformation, with responsibilities in the following key areas:

  • Company Culture
  • Employee Engagement
  • Employee Retention
  • Employee Orientation and Onboarding
  • Employee Development
  • Employee Well-Being

Responsibilities

  • A strong emphasis on Engagement, Retention, Staff Development, and Innovation is crucial.
  • Partner with CHRO to ensure an organizational culture where all employees have the training and opportunity to serve our residents with humility, integrity, compassion and respect.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategies and tactics for talent management.
  • Develop and manage employee retention and loyalty programs.
  • Develop strategies and create tactics to enhance employee Well-Being.
  • Monitor employee satisfaction and recommend solutions to improve the employee experience.
  • Analyze employee data and comparative “best practice” trends to identify areas of improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Leadership and campus H.R. staff to ensure the successful implementation of employee-related development programs.
  • Track employee retention metrics and measure the success of engagement and retention strategies.
  • Collaborate with all departments in planning, organizing, and implementing educational programs and developing educational resources.
  • Responsible for enhancing successful employee orientation and assessing ongoing educational needs.
  • Develop and implement innovative and online staff development; provide motivating educational communications.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience and training preferred; additional related certifications are a plus.
  • Strong work tenure with at least two years of experience in employee Retention, Engagement and Staff Development.
  • A track record of proven results in enhancing Retention, Engagement, and Staff Development is preferred.
  • Strong and effective communication skills are essential.
  • Strong research skills are essential.
  • High energy and enthusiasm when working with all levels of staff.
  • Open to feedback and adaptable to change.

  • Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.

  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer service and response.
