We are seeking kindhearted and energetic Certified Caregivers who have a genuine desire to help seniors. The purpose of this position is to provide a broad range of support services to our Assisted Living residents.

• Administer prescribed medications to patients and order and complete medication records.
• Document care provided and report any changes in resident's condition.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Perform welfare checks on residents.
• Document and report care provided and resident observations.
• Provide physical assistance, laundry & bedding assistance, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
• Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, families, and co-workers.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
• Coachable and the willingness and ability to learn.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to handle challenging behaviors with patience and empathy.
• Ability to provide compassionate patient care.

Certificates needed and/or must obtain once hired:

• Proof of valid Arizona caregiver certification. 
• Current CPR and First Aid certification required. 
• A valid Level 1 fingerprint clearance card is necessary. You must apply for one if you do not have it upon being hired.
• Proof of a current Negative TB test is required prior to the start date. We can facilitate the test for you at no cost if necessary.
