Job Description: 

Friendly, energetic, multi-tasking, Microsoft office and phone skills, problem Solving and love for seniors.

• Schedule:Monday through Wednesday 8:30AM- 5:00PM 
• Greet all Visitors and Residents in a friendly and warming manner
• Answering phone calls and responding to Voicemails
• Communicating with other coworkers via email if needed
• Making sure the Lobby and front office is a welcoming environment for all.

• Enjoy working with seniors.
• Reception experience.
• Administrative experience a plus.
• Computer experience a must
• Experienced with MS Word, Outlook, Excel and Publisher.
• Capable of being organized and maintaining a professional appearance. 
• Ability to manage your time efficiently
