If you are passionate about building meaningful relationships, guiding prospects through life-changing decisions, and driving a purpose-driven sales process, we invite you to explore this opportunity.

As the Director of Sales, you will shape our Sales Department by developing a comprehensive plan, providing targeted training, and managing both sales and leasing across our campuses. At Fellowship Square, our Sales Process puts the CUSTOMER at the CENTER of every interaction. We create personalized, intent-driven experiences through thoughtful planning, follow-up, compassion, and attentive listening. Our commitment goes beyond making random calls and giving tours, it’s about connecting with prospects on a deep level and guiding them through the challenging decision of transitioning to our community.

Responsibilities

  • Hire, train, and supervise Sales Counselors and team members.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team to align messaging and drive targeted community marketing initiatives.
  • Manage day-to-day sales operations for Fellowship Square across our community.
  • Guide prospects through the sales process—from initial inquiry to move-in—ensuring all necessary paperwork, lease signings, and communications are handled efficiently.
  • Use Aline® CRM to track prospects and relationships accurately.
  • Maintain daily activity reports and submit monthly departmental reports to executive leadership.
  • Foster a warm, engaging atmosphere for staff, residents, and visitors.
  • Build trust with prospects and influencers by addressing emotional needs.
  • Oversee administrative practices, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.
  • Manage payroll, commissions, and support budgeting and strategic planning.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of a 4-year college degree in marketing, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Three to five years of management experience in Independent and Assisted Living sales within a Senior Living Community/Campus environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage conflict, minimize waste, and incorporate new methods into existing practices.
  • Willingness to follow written and oral instructions, with a proven record of teamwork and collaborative problem solving.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • Capable of making independent decisions and remaining calm under pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact tactfully with personnel, residents, and visitors.
  • Strong knowledge of competitive markets, demographics, and administrative practices.
  • Competency in computer operations and the use of personal computers.

Benefits:

  • Daily pay option available.
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance options.
  • Paid time off and paid sick leave.
  • 403b company matched retirement plan.
  • Career Growth Opportunities.
  • The company provides a $15,000 life insurance payout, with the option to purchase additional coverage.
