Fellowship Square - Mesa is an Assisted Living Community located in East Mesa near Main Street and S Power Rd! We are about 5 minutes away from both the 60 and 202 freeways close to parks, shopping and hospitals. Our campus has been proudly providing services to our seniors for more than 25 years!

 

About you:
We are looking for a Marketing Associate to assist the Admissions Coordinator with: marketing, inquiry calls, touring prospective residents as well as filing and data entry. This is an inside sales position and we are looking for an energetic, compassionate, go getter to highlight the perks and benefits of living and thriving in our community to prospective residents!

Prior experience in Assisted Living or related field is a plus!

Responsibilities

Achieve established marketing goals. Receive inquiries, schedule and conduct tours with prospective residents and be able to close leads to a move-in. Input and maintain the marketing database. Follow-up using phone calls, email, letters, cards and distribution of marketing materials. Qualify prospects both financially and for appropriateness to live in Assisted Living and Memory Care. Assist with events for both in-house residents and marketing to prospects.

Qualifications

Must be detailed oriented, have great organizational skills, can multi-task, and have a desire to help seniors. Ideal candidate will possess 2 years' experience in assisted living/memory care. Minimum of 2 year's prior experience in leasing and customer service required. Additional qualifications: Must possess, at a minimum, a high school diploma.  Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with the senior market. Ability to represent the Corporation and the retirement community at all times in a positive, Professionals manner. Must be able to read, write, and speak the English language.
