We are seeking kindhearted and energetic Certified Caregiver/Med Techs to join our team in either our Assisted Living or Memory Care department, depending on experience and interest. The ideal candidate will have a genuine desire to help seniors and be committed to meeting their day-to-day needs while preserving their dignity and enhancing their quality of life.

The purpose of this position is to provide a broad range of support services to our residents, including but not limited to, administering medications in a safe, accurate, and timely manner based on medical chart records. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the health, comfort, and well-being of our seniors in their respective care setting.

• Administer prescribed medications to Assisted Living or Memory Care residents and maintain medical records.
• Order and complete medication records.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Perform welfare checks on residents.
• Document and report care provided and resident observations.
• Provide physical assistance, laundry & bedding assistance, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
• Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques.

• Must be available for on-call caregiver duties as scheduled by the Director.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be a Certified Caregiver in the state of Arizona.
• Must possess a current CPR and First Aid card, fingerprint clearance card, and recent TB test.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
• Prior assisted living caregiving and medication administration experience a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to handle challenging behaviors with patience and empathy.
• Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, families, and co-workers.

Schedule: Full-time, Part-time, and Night (NOC) shifts available.

Pay Rate is based on experience: The starting pay rate is $19 per hour, with compensation varying based on experience.
