As the Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in shaping this experience. By executing strategic marketing initiatives, you'll ensure our community’s values and offerings are clearly communicated and consistently represented. Your efforts will directly enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and support our sales initiatives. Responsibilities

Marketing Campaigns & Strategy

  • Collaborate with the Chief Sales, Marketing, & Experience Officer to develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans that drive occupancy and brand awareness. This position will work closely with our Digital Marketing Director to enhance our digital presence across all of our platforms for all our communities.
  • Coordinate the creation, distribution, and management of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, newsletters, and digital content.
  • Assist in planning and executing events that promote community engagement and attract prospective residents.
  • Build and manage brand templates, working with our corporate team and outside marketing agency to ensure branding standards, brand voice, and visual styles.
  • Conduct regular site visits to communities to support marketing and initiatives, as necessary.

Digital & Social Media Management

  • Manage and update the community's social media platforms, ensuring content is engaging, on-brand, and consistent across channels.
  • Monitor social media trends and analytics to optimize performance and engagement.
  • Assist the Digital Marketing Director in updating the community website, ensuring content accuracy and relevance.

Sales Support

  • Provide support to the sales team, including preparing marketing materials, and event promotions.
  • Track and report on marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement, as directed by the Digital Marketing Director.
  • Translate strategy into automated campaigns that nurture leads and streamline engagement.
  • Create impactful campaigns that support and optimize automated marketing efforts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field. Equivalent Experience (5+ Years Marketing Role in Senior Living Setting).
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing coordination, branding, email marketing, and automation preferably within the senior living or hospitality industry.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and content management systems.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with diverse individuals, including residents, families, and staff.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for engaging with seniors and enhancing their experience.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Senior Living best practices, regulations, and programming in a continuum of care.
  • Graphic design skills and familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with CRM systems and marketing analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Partner with our Fellowship Square Communities, and The Manors to offer Marketing support and align and enhance overall experience delivery.
  • Foster community involvement through family engagement, volunteerism, and local partnerships.
  • Promote a sales-minded culture by integrating hospitality and lifestyle into marketing efforts.
  • Participate and Facilitate in Corporate and/or Regional Team Meetings, Zoom/Teams Calls, and other required communication and activities.
  • Travel to communities to visit and provide support and training, as needed.
  • Complete site visit summaries, following visits that are distributed to appropriate individuals.
  • Work with Community Teams to develop marketing plans and goals to improve or maintain high census.
