Overview

Position Overview
We are seeking a an experienced, strategic, and mission-driven Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee multi-campus operations and drive strategic growth, culture, and operational excellence. Reporting directly to the CEO, the COO will lead campus executives and ensure alignment with our mission, strategic plan, and long-term vision.

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day operations across multiple campuses, ensuring high-quality service, resident satisfaction, and financial sustainability
  • Develop and execute strategic plans, capital investments, and performance metrics aligned with organizational goals
  • Foster a thriving culture grounded in Christian values, employee engagement, and exceptional resident care
  • Collaborate with the CEO and Board on potential growth opportunities including acquisitions, expansions, or partnerships
  • Direct and support Vice Presidents of Operations, driving continuous improvement and accountability

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required
  • 10+ years of executive leadership experience in multi-site retirement housing, senior living, healthcare, or hospitality
  • Proven track record of overseeing complex operations, building strong teams, and delivering results
  • Strong financial acumen and understanding of operational and regulatory compliance
  • Licensure or certifications in Nursing Home Administration, HUD Housing, or Real Estate (Arizona) preferred
  • Commitment to faith-based leadership and a passion for serving older adults

 Preferred Skills

  • Strategic planning, budget development, and operational oversight
  • Outstanding interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
  • Ability to inspire teams, navigate change, and lead with integrity
  • Bilingual (Spanish) and experience in Assisted Living a plus
