We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Director of Resident Experience to join our team at Fellowship Square in Surprise, Arizona. This key role will focus on ensuring a positive resident experience, that fosters loyalty, retention, and referrals.

This role requires superior communication, leadership, customer service, and people management skills. They must also be skilled at creating strategy, collaborating, and seeing the Big-Picture regarding Senior Living and the Resident Experience. Customer Experience is measured in Resident Retention, Resident Satisfaction Results, Referrals, Sales, Occupancy, Brand Recognition, and Market Growth. Data points will be measured quarterly and annually with benchmarks reported and evaluated. 

• Ability to communicate and relate well with seniors and the public & staff in a courteous and diplomatic manner, under all circumstances.
• Ability to communicate effectively for the company and articulate its mission, when necessary.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision.
• Ability to prioritize job duties.
• Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and company policies.
• Ability to create strategies and programs that drive the customer experience.
• Ability to extrapolate data to measure and drive customer experience.
• Create Annual plans for the department, as directed by the Executive Director. 

• Must possess a bachelor's degree or combination of education/work experience.
• A minimum of 5 years of impactful experience in senior living or a related health care field is required.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite is essential, along with a willingness to learn new technology as needed.
