Overview

The Senior Vice President of Operations is a key member of our executive leadership team, responsible for driving operational excellence across all Fellowship Square campuses. This leader ensures consistent, scalable operations and a resident-first experience that honors dignity, independence, and purpose.

Responsibilities

  • Lead multi-site operations for Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care.
  • Standardize and scale operating models to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Drive financial performance through occupancy growth, cost management, and operational efficiencies.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, and Health & Wellness to deliver unified strategies.
  • Champion a faith-based, hospitality-driven culture that prioritizes resident satisfaction and employee engagement.
  • Ensure compliance, quality assurance, and risk management across all campuses.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Healthcare Administration, Hospitality, or related).
  • 10+ years senior leadership experience in multi-site senior living operations (IL, AL, MC required).
  • Strong financial acumen with P&L oversight and KPI management.
  • Proven ability to build scalable operational models and high-performing teams.
  • Passion for serving seniors with dignity and hospitality.
  • Experience in nonprofit or faith-based organizations preferred.
  • Ability to travel across Arizona; hybrid work model (3 days in-office).
