We are seeking a dynamic Vice President of Sales & Marketing to lead occupancy growth, brand visibility, and revenue success across all Fellowship Square campuses.

This strategic leader will drive a sales-focused culture rooted in hospitality, accountability, and heart, ensuring every lead is worked with discipline and urgency.

• Develop and execute revenue growth and marketing strategies across multiple campuses.
• Coach and mentor sales teams to deliver a high-touch, prospect-centered experience.
• Own occupancy and revenue targets; forecast and report performance.
• Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns and manage brand identity.
• Leverage CRM and analytics for data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align priorities and fuel results.

• 10+ years senior leadership in Sales & Marketing, ideally in senior living.
• Proven success in driving occupancy and revenue growth.
• Expertise in CRM systems, digital marketing, and analytics.
• Mission-driven leader with strong coaching and communication skills.
• Ability to travel across Arizona; hybrid work model (3 days in-Corporate office).
