We are seeking Part-Time Waitstaff to work afternoon/evening shifts from 3:30 PM–6:30 PM, with weekend availability at our senior living facility.

This position is ideal for students (16+), first-time job seekers, or individuals looking for supplemental income. No previous experience is required, just a positive attitude, a desire to provide great service, and an interest in growing and advancing with our team as opportunities become available.

• Greet and assist residents in a courteous and professional manner during meal times.
• Serve meals to residents according to dietary guidelines and special requests.
• Set tables, clear dishes, and ensure the dining room is clean and organized.
• Assist in the preparation and delivery of meals to residents' rooms when needed.
• Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate meal orders and requests are met.
• Ensure that dining areas are safe, clean, and well-maintained at all times.
• Respond to resident requests and special needs with a helpful and friendly attitude.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards to ensure safe meal service.
• Assist with other tasks as needed to support the dining services department.

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
• Must possess a Food Handler’s Card or obtain within 30 days from hire.
• A passion for working with seniors and providing excellent customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety and sanitation procedures.
• Ability to lift, carry, and serve food trays as required.
• A friendly, caring, and respectful attitude towards residents, employees and visitors.

Pay rate: $15.50 per hour
