• Follow maintenance schedules and supervisor instructions according to company policies.
• Perform routine repairs and general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, mechanical, carpentry, and plastering.
• Replace lighting and perform maintenance in high areas safely.
• Respond to unscheduled maintenance needs and emergencies.
• Service and replace heating and cooling systems in compliance with guidelines.
• Replenish maintenance supplies and follow preventive maintenance routines.
• Identify and report malfunctions, hazards, and defective equipment promptly.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols during all tasks.
• Participate in ongoing training and educational sessions.

What You’ll Do

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facility equipment (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, mechanical).
• Follow preventative maintenance schedules and safety procedures.
• Service heating and cooling systems per manufacturer guidelines.
• Replace light bulbs and maintain lighting systems.
• Respond promptly to equipment malfunctions and hazardous conditions.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and properly store tools and supplies.
• Assist with unscheduled maintenance tasks as needed.

What We Need From You

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of maintenance experience (plumbing, electrical, carpentry)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work at heights
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
