Fellowship Square is looking for a passionate full-time Cook to join our culinary team! In this role, you’ll help create delicious, nutritious meals for our residents in Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Long-Term Care. Your cooking will play an important part in making each meal enjoyable while meeting individual dietary needs and preferences.

• Prepare and cook meals according to menu plans and resident dietary requirements.
• Ensure food is prepared in accordance with health and safety guidelines, including proper food storage and sanitation practices.
• Assist in menu planning, taking into consideration residents' dietary preferences, allergies, and medical needs.
• Ensure timely meal service for residents, maintaining a high standard of presentation.
• Assist with inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining kitchen stock levels.
• Work collaboratively with the dietary team, dining staff, and management to ensure smooth meal service.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including equipment and utensils.
• Adhere to safety and health regulations to ensure a safe work environment.

• Must hold a current Arizona Food Handlers Sanitation card.

• One (1) year experience in Senior Living setting preferred.

• Course in food production, sanitation, and safety preferred.
• Vocational or technical education desirable.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Must understand, speak, read, and write fluent English.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.

Schedule: 5am-6:30pm (Weekends included)

Pay Rate: Starting pay rate is $17.50 per hour, with compensation varying based on experience and qualifications.
