We are currently seeking an experienced MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR who is professional, dependable, and service-driven. This full-time position oversees the Maintenance Department and supervises maintenance staff, ensuring the ongoing maintenance, repair, and safe operation of campus facilities and equipment. The ideal candidate will have broad hands-on maintenance experience, strong leadership skills, and a proven ability to manage staff, prioritize work, and maintain a resident-focused approach to service.

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department.
• Organize and oversee the schedules and work of maintenance staff.
• Evaluates systems or facilities to determine maintenance or repairs that need to be performed.
• Perform routine maintenance and repair on the facility and equipment to include apartment turnovers, plumbing, plastering, electrical, carpentry, mechanical, etc., as directed, in accordance with established procedures.
• Assess building systems to plan work assignments and project schedules.
• Maintain general plant and facility in good repair, ensuring a safe, clean and orderly environment.
• Develop maintenance procedures and schedules.
• Ensure maintenance and repair work is completed correctly and in a timely manner.
• Assist with departmental budget estimates and costs of specific repair projects.
• Will be responsible for covering shifts and emergency on-call weekends/holidays as needed.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a maintenance supervisor required with experience in commercial and/or residential property.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language.
• Ability to acquire a fingerprint clearance card from the State of AZ within the first month of employment.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs.
• Must be able to work well alone or in a team environment.
• Must be available to work varying shifts as needed.
• Possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant action and to remain calm during emergency situations.
• Possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, visitors, and the general public.
• Must be a team player.
• Hard worker.

SHIFT: M-F with weekends/evenings as needed
