• Oversee all aspects of our Assisted Living operations.
• Develop and maintain written guidelines and procedures that govern the operation of the Assisted Living community.
• Assist department supervisors in the planning, conducting, and scheduling of in-service training classes, on-the-job training, and orientation programs.
• Maintain contact and professional relationships with families and residents.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and high standards of care and services.
• Work closely with the Sales & Marketing Teams to ensure high occupancy.
• Work closely with the Experience Team to ensure a high level of satisfaction with residents and families.
• Continue to build a strong and competitive workforce that provides the highest quality of care for our residents. 
• Work closely with our Human Resource Team to ensure our employees are thriving and feel valued.

• Valid Assisted Living Facility Manager License acknowledged by the State of Arizona required.
• Minimum of five (5) years’ experience managing an assisted living or long-term care facility required.
• Must follow and adhere to the organization, Federal and State regulations and guidelines, including Resident's Rights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong operational management skills including budgeting, financial acumen, compliance oversight, and resource allocation.
• Knowledge of medication administration protocols and safety regulations in healthcare environments is essential.
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
