Join our nonprofit senior living community in Mesa, AZ as a Fundraising Coordinator. In this role, you will support our mission by cultivating and strengthening donor relationships while driving meaningful philanthropic support.
The Fundraising Coordinator plans and executes fundraising campaigns and events, conducts in-person and virtual donor meetings, and develops tailored cultivation and solicitation strategies aligned with donor interests. Working closely with the leadership team, this position helps achieve annual fundraising goals, maintains accurate donor records, and prepares regular progress reports and insights.
The ideal candidate brings demonstrated fundraising experience, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday, on-site at the campus location. Flexibility required for occasional evening and weekend assignments.
Pay Rate: The starting pay rate for the positions is $65,000 per year, with compensation varying based on experience.
