Lead With Purpose. Transform Lives. Shape the Future of Non-Profit Senior Living — Right Here in Arizona.

This is an on-site executive leadership role based at our main campus in Phoenix, Arizona. The Vice President of Operations must reside in Arizona and maintain a consistent daily on-campus presence.

At our faith-based, mission-driven senior living organization, we believe every resident deserves a place to thrive — and every team member deserves leadership that inspires excellence, compassion, and accountability. We are seeking a strategic, people-centered operations executive to provide hands-on leadership across our expansive continuum of care, including Assisted Living, Memory Care, Skilled Nursing, HUD Housing, Home Health, and an additional community in Cottonwood, Arizona.

This is a highly visible, campus-based executive role requiring strong in-person leadership, meaningful relationship-building, and operational oversight across multiple service lines. The ideal candidate is a mission-driven operator who thrives in an engaged, on-site environment and leads through collaboration, presence, and servant leadership.
