Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

  • Provide courteous, attentive service to residents, guests, and team members
  • Set up dining room tables to create a welcoming environment
  • Take resident and guest orders and serve meals promptly with care
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and service standards
  • Clear and clean tables to maintain a comfortable dining experience
  • Communicate effectively with residents, honoring their preferences and needs
  • Support a culture of respect, kindness, and hospitality in every interaction

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 16 years of age
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Must pass pre-employment drug test and background check
  • Ability to obtain a Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card (AZ Department of Public Safety)
  • Food Handler’s Card required (or obtained within 30 days of hire)
  • Previous food service experience preferred but not required
  • Patience and a genuine enjoyment of working with seniors

Schedule: Full-Time and Part-time schedules available 

 

Pay rate: $15.50 per hour
